Ordalis

Desktop and Downloads overflowing? Ordalis tidies everything, in one click.

What it does

Ordalis opens and reads your files (PDF, Word, Excel, scans, photos, music, 3D files) to understand what they contain. It then suggests a clear structure: logical folders and names that actually mean something. “scan0045.pdf” becomes “Invoices/2025/2025-03_Invoice_Swisscom.pdf”.

It reads your documents, even scanned ones, and recognises invoices, taxes, payslips, insurance and contracts.
It groups what belongs together: a project, a series of photos, the versions of the same 3D object.
It respects your folders: it files into the ones you already have and never empties yours.
It finds duplicates, checked byte by byte.
It finds any document from a word, a name or a date.

Safe and reassuring

You see the whole proposed tidy-up before anything moves.
Nothing is ever deleted or overwritten.
Every tidy-up can be undone in one click.
Everything stays on your PC: no file is ever sent over the internet.

Availability

Ordalis is coming very soon. It will be available as a free version, with no time limit, and as a subscription for unlimited tidy-ups. Leave us your email address and you will be among the first to know when it is out.
