Software and payments
The software presented on this website (neoSlice, Ordalis) is published by Emmanuel Percheron. Each app has its own terms of use. Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the official reseller (Merchant of Record), issues the invoice and handles applicable VAT. The publisher has no access to any banking data.
Data protection
Controller: Emmanuel Percheron (Qyntiv), Middes, 1749, Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. For any question about your data: qyntiv@gmail.com.
Applicable law: Qyntiv is based in Switzerland and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). When you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies.
Visiting the website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no resources from other websites: fonts and images are hosted on the website itself. Links to social networks are plain links: nothing is loaded from those networks unless you click.
The website is hosted by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages service, United States). Like any host, GitHub logs technical connection data (IP address, browser, date and time) to keep the service secure and running. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in providing a safe and available website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Project form
The information entered in the “Share a project” form (name, company, contact details, project description, call slots) is used only to study your request and get back to you. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box provided, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
When you send it, the message is transmitted encrypted through the Web3Forms service, which forwards it by email to Qyntiv's inbox (Gmail, Google). While you fill in the form, a draft is kept only in your browser so nothing is lost if you leave the page; it is erased as soon as you send it.
Contact by email
If you write to Qyntiv directly, your message and email address are used only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. The “Contact” link simply opens your own email app: nothing is collected by the website itself. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in answering your requests and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Purchases
Software purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc., the official reseller (Merchant of Record), under its own privacy policy. Qyntiv only receives the information needed for the licence and order follow-up (name, email address, product purchased) and never has access to your banking data.
Transfers outside Switzerland
Some providers may process data in the United States: GitHub (hosting), Google (email), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Gumroad (payments). GitHub and Google participate in the Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Union and by Switzerland as ensuring an adequate level of protection. For the form, the transfer also relies on your consent when you send it. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Project requests and email exchanges are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows, then deleted no later than two years after the last exchange, unless the law requires longer retention (for example for accounting). Technical connection data is kept by GitHub under its own policy.
Your rights
You may at any time ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a common format, or withdraw your consent. Simply write to qyntiv@gmail.com; you will receive an answer within thirty days. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the data protection authority of your country of residence in the European Union.
Security
All pages of the website and the form submission are protected by an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

The names Qyntiv, neoSlice and Ordalis, the logos, texts and visuals of this website are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
